Naturopathic consultations in Warrnambool.
Most of my work is now online, with people right across Australia. But if you’re local, or you’d simply rather sit in the room, in-person consultations run from Willow & Saige on Liebig Street.

Willow & Saige.
Willow & Saige is a shared wellness space in central Warrnambool. Adrian consults from a private room there, which keeps the practice small and unhurried rather than clinical.

What actually happens in the room.
You’ll be in a private consulting room for the full 45 minutes, one to one with Adrian. There is no intake form to rush through at reception and no assistant taking your history first. The time is the point — this isn’t a picture you can take in a ten-minute appointment.
Most of the appointment is conversation. Adrian wants the whole account rather than the two-minute summary: when your health changed, what was happening in your life at the time, which symptoms arrived in what order, what you’ve already tried, and what the results of that were. If you’ve brought previous pathology or specialist letters, he’ll go through them with you.
By the end you’ll have a clearer picture of the patterns worth investigating and the outline of the approach he’d recommend. Where something in your history warrants medical investigation, he’ll say so directly and refer you back to your GP. This runs alongside your existing care, never instead of it.
Nothing to prepare. Bring your history, your questions, and whatever else feels relevant.
Usually more than one thing at once.
Very few people arrive with a single complaint. It’s more often a collection of things that have built up over years and been looked at separately — fatigue by one practitioner, digestion by another, sleep by nobody in particular. These are the pictures Adrian sees most often at the Warrnambool clinic:
- Fatigue & exhaustion
- Gut & digestion
- IBS & bloating
- Hormonal health
- Perimenopause & menopause
- Thyroid
- Sleep & recovery
- Mood & resilience
Or something else entirely. You don’t need a diagnosis, and you don’t need to fit neatly into one of those groups, to book a consultation.
People come from across south-west Victoria.
The clinic draws people from Warrnambool and the surrounding district, Port Fairy, Koroit, Hamilton, Camperdown, Southwest Victoria. Port Fairy and Koroit are a short drive; Terang, Timboon and Port Campbell are comfortably within reach for an appointment and back in a morning. From Hamilton or Camperdown it’s more of a commitment, and those are the people who most often start in the room and continue online.
That flexibility is deliberate. South-west Victoria is a long way from most specialist care, and the practical reality of this region is that a plan needing monthly appointments in Melbourne is a plan most people won’t finish. Working with someone local, or online from home, removes the travel as a reason to stop.
If the drive isn’t practical, or your week doesn’t allow for it, the same consultation is available online at the same fee.
Practical questions.
Where exactly is the clinic?
Adrian consults from Willow & Saige at 157 Liebig Street, Warrnambool, a shared wellness space in the centre of town, a short walk from the Liebig Street shops.
Do I need to live in Warrnambool to see Adrian?
Not at all. People travel in from across south-west Victoria, and Adrian also consults Australia-wide by telehealth. If travelling isn’t practical, an online consultation covers exactly the same ground.
What are the consulting hours?
Monday and Tuesday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday 8am to 6pm, and Friday 10am to 5pm. Adrian doesn’t consult on Thursdays.
Is there parking?
Yes, street parking is available on and around Liebig Street, with public car parks close by.
What should I bring to a first appointment?
Any pathology results, imaging or specialist letters you have, a list of medications and supplements you currently take, and your questions. If you don’t have any of that, come anyway — none of it is a prerequisite.
How long is the appointment, and what does it cost?
A consultation is 45 minutes and costs $135, the same fee whether you come in person or consult online. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. You can book directly. Adrian works alongside your existing medical care rather than in place of it, and where something in your history warrants medical investigation he’ll tell you and refer you back to your GP.
Will I be seen by Adrian himself?
Yes. Every consultation is one to one with Adrian. Willow & Saige is a shared space with several practitioners, but you are booking his time and his room, and the same person handles your case from start to finish.
Can I switch between in-clinic and online?
Yes, and many people do — in person to begin with, then online for follow-ups, or the other way around when the drive isn’t practical that week. It’s the same consultation and the same fee either way.
Ready to find out what’s really going on?
You don’t need to have all the answers before you book. That’s what the first consultation is for.
