I don’t start with your diagnosis. I start with your story.
You are not a collection of symptoms. You’re a person with a history. That’s why my consultations begin with listening.
Most people who come to me have already seen several practitioners. What usually hasn’t happened is someone sitting down with the whole picture at once, and asking what connects it.
- Long, unhurried consultations
- One practitioner across the whole case
- A strategy written for your situation
The questions I want answered.
- When did your health begin to change?
- What happened before it changed?
- Which symptoms appeared first, and what happened next?
- What makes your symptoms better or worse?
- How are your sleep, digestion, energy and stress interacting?
- What medications and supplements have you used?
- What have you already tried?
- What have your investigations shown?
- And importantly, what haven’t you been able to explain?
I then bring together your history, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, physiology, relevant pathology and other clinical information to identify the patterns that may be contributing to your current health picture.
I investigate the whole picture, not just the loudest symptom.

Before I investigate the body, I listen to the person.
Your story matters. Your timeline matters. Your symptoms matter. The combinations matter. The things that happened before your health changed matter. The things you have already tried matter.
Your body is giving information constantly. My job is to learn how to interpret it, and that starts with hearing the whole account, not the two-minute summary.
Think of me as a health detective.
Every complex case contains clues. Some are obvious. Others have been sitting in the background for years. My job is to gather those clues, put them into context, and investigate the relationships between them.
My approach draws on decades of experience across naturopathy, herbal medicine, nutrition, exercise and physiology, Bowen Therapy, kinesiology, science and clinical pattern recognition.
Rather than immediately reaching for a generic protocol, I ask: what could be driving this particular combination of symptoms, in this particular person? And then we build a plan around what we find.
Investigate. Understand. Repair. Restore.
Investigate
We take the time to understand your story, history, symptoms and patterns.
Understand
We identify the key factors that may be contributing to your current health picture, and determine where further investigation or testing may be appropriate.
Repair
We develop an individualised strategy designed around your needs, circumstances and priorities.
Restore
We track your progress, refine the approach and work towards restoring your energy, resilience, function and vitality.
This isn’t a generic health program. It’s your health story, investigated individually.
Your first step is simply to start the investigation.
Book
Choose an Australia-wide telehealth consultation, or an in-clinic appointment in Warrnambool.
Tell me your story
Before and during your consultation, we build a detailed picture of your health, symptoms, history and what has brought you here.
Investigate
I identify the key patterns and contributing factors that warrant further investigation and, where appropriate, recommend relevant testing or referral.
Build your plan
You receive a personalised strategy based on your individual health picture, not a generic protocol.
Review and refine
Your health isn’t static, so neither is your plan. We review your progress and adjust the strategy as your body responds.
Who this is, and isn’t, for.
This isn’t for someone who wants a quick supplement, a generic detox, a standardised diet, a ten-minute consultation, or someone to simply tell them what to take.
The people I do my best work with are prepared to invest in understanding their health. They want someone to investigate deeply. They want a personalised strategy. They’re prepared to participate in their own recovery. And they want to understand their own body, rather than become permanently dependent on someone else to manage it.
If you’ve read this far and it sounds like you, it probably is.
You don’t have to keep wondering what’s wrong.
You don’t need to have all the answers before you book. That’s why you come to me. I’ll listen to your story, investigate the clues, and help you understand the bigger picture.

Common questions.
What does the first consultation include?
A full consultation, one-on-one with Adrian, online or in person. We’ll cover your health history, current concerns, prior testing and medications, sleep, digestion, stress, nutrition and movement, and the timeline of when things changed. By the end you’ll have a clearer picture of the patterns worth investigating and the outline of the approach Adrian would recommend.
Do I need a diagnosis before I book?
No. Most people who come to Adrian don’t have one, that’s usually the reason they’re there. You don’t need to arrive with a tidy summary of what’s wrong. Bringing the tangle is entirely normal, and working through it is what the consultation is for.
Do I need to have had blood tests done?
It helps if you have them, and you’re welcome to bring any pathology or investigations you’ve already had, they’re useful clues. But they aren’t a prerequisite. Where further testing or a medical referral would be appropriate, Adrian will tell you.
Is telehealth as thorough as seeing you in person?
Yes. The consultation covers your history, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, previous investigations and current concerns in exactly the same detail. Most of the work is listening, questioning and pattern-finding, all of which translate fully to a video consultation.
How quickly can I start?
Adrian usually replies within one business day. Consultations are typically scheduled within one to three weeks, depending on availability.
How long does this usually take?
The presentations Adrian sees rarely resolve in a few weeks. Most people work with him over a number of months so the contributing factors can be properly addressed and the changes can hold. Your plan is reviewed and adjusted as your body responds.
Ready to find out what’s really going on?
You don’t need to have all the answers before you book. That’s what the first consultation is for.
