Scope of practice
Hallam Natural Medicine provides complementary health services including naturopathy, clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, personal training and bodywork. These services are intended to support and complement, not replace, the diagnosis, treatment and management of medical conditions by a qualified medical practitioner.
Medical advice
Information provided in consultation, on this website, and in any associated materials is for educational and complementary purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, prescription, or emergency care. Always consult your GP for the diagnosis and management of medical conditions.
Consultations
Consultations are 45 minutes. Where ongoing care is appropriate, follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every three weeks. Sessions are conducted in person at Willow & Saige, 157 Liebig Street, Warrnambool VIC, or by secure telehealth video call.
Investment & payment
A consultation is $135, the same fee whether the appointment is held by telehealth or in clinic. Prices are not subject to GST.
Payment is taken at the time of booking, or by bank transfer or invoice by arrangement. Functional testing and practitioner-only products are quoted separately and are not included in the consultation fee.
Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice without charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged at 50% of the consultation fee; no-shows are charged at the full fee. This protects the time held for each client.
Records & confidentiality
Clinical records are kept securely for the period required by Australian law (see the Privacy policy for full detail). Anything you share in consultation is held in confidence and not disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Outcomes
Individual results vary. No specific outcome is guaranteed. The commitment from this practice is to bring thirty years of integrative experience, careful attention, and a personalised program to every client, not to promise a result that depends on factors beyond clinical control.
