Background

Adrian started his working life as a secondary-school science and physical-education teacher, which is where his interest in human biology and movement began. Clinical practice came later, after his own health journey pushed him toward naturopathic medicine.

Since then he’s trained across naturopathy, personal training, clinical nutrition, Western herbal medicine, Bowen Therapy, massage and applied kinesiology, and he’s currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology.

His clinical education didn’t end with formal training. He has continued studying, refining, and pressure-testing his approach across thirty years of complex cases, because the people who come to him deserve a practitioner who is still learning.

The kind of case Adrian sees

Complex, long-running cases that don’t fit a single diagnosis.

Common presentations include persistent fatigue and post-viral patterns, brain fog, unrefreshing sleep, hormonal complexity, weight that isn’t responding to diet or training, digestive problems, recurring migraines, and combinations of nervous-system and emotional changes alongside the physical picture.

These cases tend to require someone willing to look at the whole picture at once rather than treating each symptom in isolation. That’s the work Adrian’s built his practice around.

Why he does this work

Adrian has been on the patient side of a long, unresolved case himself. He knows what it’s like to move between practitioners without anyone looking at the whole picture, and what it costs in the meantime.

That experience shaped how he runs his own clinic. Long consults, one practitioner across the whole case, and time spent on the parts most workups skip.

What programs include

What a program typically covers.

Programs are written around the case, but most run across some combination of the following areas.

01 / Clinical drivers

Working out what’s actually going on

Underlying drivers (viral load, gut dysfunction, hormonal patterns, inflammatory states, nutrient deficiencies) get identified and addressed in the order they need to be addressed. Most cases need this groundwork before anything else will hold.

02 / Mindset and emotional

The mental and nervous-system side

Years of unresolved stress or chronic illness tend to leave a mark in the nervous system and in habits of thinking. This part of the work addresses those patterns so the clinical progress has somewhere to land. It runs at your pace.

03 / Identity and direction

The bigger questions chronic illness surfaces

Most long cases throw up larger questions about what you actually want from your life, what you’ve been postponing, and what wellness looks like for you specifically. Adrian uses these conversations as practical fuel for the rest of the work.

04 / Movement

Training programmed for your physiology

Where appropriate, a training plan written for your body, your current fitness level and the case alongside it. Specific recommendations on frequency, intensity and exercise selection, with mental blocks around exercise addressed directly.

05 / Nutrition

A real-food strategy written for your biochemistry

Not a generic macro split. A specific, sustainable approach built around your biochemistry, your health history and your goals. Adrian will tell you what to eat, what to leave out, how much water to drink, and whether supplementation is appropriate for your case (and if so, what and at what dose).

What to expect

How Adrian runs his clinic.

Long consults. A small client list. One practitioner across the case. Adrian writes every protocol himself and works directly with clients between sessions for clinical questions or check-ins.

Adrian holds Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, and Nutrition, alongside his Bachelor of Education and Master Personal Trainer certification. He has practised across all five disciplines simultaneously for three decades, not collected them sequentially and set them aside. That breadth, applied in depth, is genuinely rare.

Beyond the clinical side, what most clients seem to value is that they’re being listened to properly. The depth of attention isn’t separate from the clinical work, for these kinds of cases, it’s part of it.
