Notes from the clinic.

A note on the writing

How these articles are written.

Each piece is grounded in cases Adrian has seen in practice rather than in generic health-blog copy. They’re technical in places. Most are six to eleven minutes to read.

None of the articles are intended as medical advice for an individual situation. They’re context for thinking about your own case, and for deciding whether the kind of work Adrian does might be a fit.

06

Movement & Training

How to use exercise as a healing tool, not a punishment. Training intelligently for your age, your health history, and your goals. Removing the fear, the confusion, and the all-or-nothing thinking that keeps people out of the gym.

Spiritual & Purpose Work

The deeper dimension of transformation: identity, meaning, values, and the life you are actually here to live. For the person who senses that their physical health and their sense of purpose are more connected than they’ve been told.

On the writing

I write these the way I’d explain a case to a colleague. The aim is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of what your body might be doing, and a better question to take to whichever practitioner you see next, even if that’s not me.
